These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 588wan ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing the 588wan website at https://588wan.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any of the services offered by 588wan — including cricket betting, live casino, slots, and all associated payment and promotional facilities — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood them, and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use the 588wan platform. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the 588wan platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any supplementary rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

Access to and use of the 588wan platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are legally permitted under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purpose of circumventing these eligibility requirements.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a 588wan employee where such participation may create a conflict of interest.

By registering an account on 588wan, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 588wan reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point, and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our satisfaction.

To use the full range of 588wan services, you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 588wan account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and valid contact details. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You must keep your username, password, and OTP codes strictly confidential. 588wan strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional security.
• Non-transferable: Your 588wan account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person under any circumstances.
• Notification of compromise: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 588wan support immediately at [email protected]. 588wan will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where prompt notification was not provided.

588wan reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

As part of our commitment to operating a secure and compliant platform, 588wan applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed and may also be required before certain deposit thresholds are exceeded or promotional offers are claimed.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three months and bearing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Documentation confirming ownership of the JazzCash account, EasyPaisa account, or bank account used for deposits (e.g. HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank account statement).
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, 588wan may request documentation supporting the source of funds deposited to your account, particularly where high-volume transactions are identified.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities and, ultimately, account closure. 588wan will not be liable for any delays to withdrawals arising from incomplete KYC submissions.

All financial transactions on the 588wan platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges on PKR deposits or withdrawals. The following terms govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

Deposits:

• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly and credited to your 588wan wallet in real time.
• Deposits via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and QR Interbank may take up to 30 minutes to reflect, depending on the banking institution's processing times.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times applicable to the relevant network.
• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise specified in active promotions.
• 588wan does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is same-day for requests submitted before 6:00 PM PST. Requests submitted after 6:00 PM PST are processed the following business day.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to additional verification.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 6 before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• 588wan reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that trigger anti-money laundering thresholds.

588wan offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be specified in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate as specified in each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless specifically stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in a 588wan account at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in all bonuses being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: Any behaviour that 588wan determines to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value with minimal risk, or coordinated play between accounts — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account closure.
• Right to Amend or Withdraw: 588wan reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to not prejudicing any bonus funds already credited and in active use.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the 588wan platform:

• All bets, once confirmed, are final and cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. If a technical error occurs during bet placement, contact support immediately.
• 588wan reserves the right to void any bet where an error in odds, market availability, or game settings has occurred due to a technical malfunction or human error.
• In-play cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC events, and bilateral series — are subject to live market suspension during natural breaks in play, player injuries, or DRS reviews. Bets placed before suspension are honoured unless a void event has occurred.
• For live casino games powered by Ezugi, the rules of each game are governed by the game provider's official rules, which take precedence in the event of a dispute regarding game outcome.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems. 588wan does not influence slot outcomes. Each spin is statistically independent of all previous and future spins.
• In the event of a disconnection during an active game round or live bet, 588wan's system logs are the authoritative record of the game state at the point of disconnection. Results will be settled based on those logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 588wan platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant legal authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one account on the 588wan platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with games, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any conduct that constitutes manipulation of a sporting event on which bets are placed via 588wan.
• Laundering money or using the 588wan platform as a vehicle for any financial crime, including structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities in the 588wan platform for financial gain.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening 588wan support staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or any other method to misrepresent your geographic location or circumvent access restrictions.

588wan is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players who may be at risk of developing gambling-related problems. The following tools and policies form part of our responsible gaming framework and are available to all registered users:

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: You may configure session duration reminders that will alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Period: You may request a temporary cool-off period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-off period, your account will be suspended and you will be unable to log in or make deposits.

Permanent self-exclusion is irreversible and will result in the closure of your account and the return of any remaining real-money balance, subject to pending wagering requirements. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 588wan platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the 588wan platform or its content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform software.
• Use the 588wan name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies affiliation, endorsement, or sponsorship without explicit written consent.
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the 588wan platform using automated tools for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 588wan, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 588wan platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or potential winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or market suspension.
• Financial loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where 588wan's security systems were not at fault.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, mobile network failures, or device-level technical problems that are outside 588wan's control.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information, content, or promotions displayed on the 588wan platform that subsequently contained errors.

588wan's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

588wan collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account on 588wan, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes.
• Transaction data, including deposit and withdrawal records, is retained for the periods required by applicable financial regulations.

588wan reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 588wan will notify registered users via email to the address on record and/or via a notice displayed prominently on the platform.

Amended Terms will become effective on the date specified in the notification, which will be no less than seven (7) days from the date of notification for material changes, unless a shorter notice period is required by law or urgent operational necessity.

If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the 588wan platform and may request the closure of your account before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved through 588wan's internal dispute resolution process may be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with recognised arbitration rules.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the 588wan platform shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of any class action or representative proceeding.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Pakistani law, to the extent that such rights cannot be excluded by contract.
